ServiceNow and AI experiments, tested before they become projects
Most ideas in technology sound better than they turn out. Oblytech Labs is where we test them cheaply. We build small prototypes, try automation on real problems and write up what we learned, so that decisions rest on evidence rather than enthusiasm.
Most of our experiments run on the ServiceNow platform. We prototype workflow changes, portal pages and catalog designs, test CMDB data checks, try integrations between ServiceNow and other systems and look for ways to automate repetitive administration. Our second area is AI: we test AI-assisted tools with human review, look at whether the data behind a use case is good enough and try adding AI assistance into existing workflows. A smaller share of our work is Salesforce, where we experiment with CRM workflow and integration ideas.
How we work
Each experiment begins with a question and a way of knowing whether the answer is yes. We build the smallest thing that can answer the question, run it against real material and report honestly, including when the answer is no. Most experiments should stay experiments. The value is in learning cheaply which ones deserve to become real projects.
