Which platforms do you experiment on?
Mainly ServiceNow, which is roughly three-fifths of our experiments. AI is about three-tenths, and Salesforce about one-tenth.
What kinds of ServiceNow experiments do you run?
Prototypes of catalog items, portal pages and workflows; CMDB data-quality checks; integration tests; upgrade impact reviews; and automation of routine administration.
What happens to experiments that fail?
We write them up. A clear “this did not work, and here is why” saves you the cost of finding out the hard way, and it often points to a better idea.
How do you handle our data?
We work in test environments on copies or samples, agreed with you in advance. We do not use live systems for experiments, and we do not put confidential data into tools that have not been approved for it.
How reliable is AI inside a ServiceNow workflow?
Sometimes very, sometimes not, and often unevenly. That is why we test on real ServiceNow examples, record where a suggestion is wrong and keep a person reviewing anything that matters.
Will you tell us how accurate a tool is on our ServiceNow data?
We will tell you what it did on the cases we tested, and we will be clear about the limits of that test. We do not give general accuracy claims.
Can an experiment become a project?
Yes. If the result is promising, the next step is a properly planned project. A prototype should not be put into production as it is.
Do you do Salesforce experiments?
A limited number, usually on CRM workflow and integration ideas. We will say early whether a request fits.
How long does an experiment take?
We keep them short by design. The length depends on the question, and we agree a time limit before we start.
